Jimmygotsoul | Rapper, Music Producer, Songwriter

Jimmygotsoul is a rapper and producer carving out his own lane through raw honesty, soulful tracks, and introspective storytelling. Blending thoughtful lyricism with self-produced songs, his music sits between the golden age of hip-hop and emotional depth of rnb, that offers listeners something that feels both personal and timeless.

As an artist, jimmygotsoul wears multiple hats—handling not just the microphone, but also the production behind the scenes. This hands-on approach gives his music a cohesive identity, where the beats and bars feel inseparable. His production often leans into warm melodies, hard-hitting drums, and soul influences, creating space for lyrics that reflect real experiences, self-reflection, and growth.

Lyrically, jimmygotsoul stands out for his authenticity. Rather than chasing trends, he focuses on telling his story with clarity and intention. His verses balance confidence with vulnerability, touching on themes like motivation, resilience, passion, and navigating life’s pressures. It’s the kind of music that resonates deeply with listeners who value substance as much as sound.

What truly sets jimmygotsoul apart is his commitment to staying genuine. Every track feels intentional—crafted rather than rushed—showing an artist who understands his voice and isn’t afraid to evolve. Whether he’s delivering sharp bars over melodic production or riding soulful beats with emotional weight, his music reflects an artist fully invested in his craft.

Be on the lookout for his new collaborative project “Dreams don’t have expiration date” with Jay Hvrt and Fine Wine Fletch in 2025

Interview with Luchi | Singer & Songwriter

Q. How would you describe yourself in one word?

Oh this is hard but I would say the best word to describe me is honest. Honesty and integrity means a lot to me.

Q. Why do you feel this is the ideal profession for you?

Apart from the fact that I have been fired from every other job I’ve had, I think that music is my gift and it’s my true passion so I love what I do and I think that comes across when I talk about music. I devour all genres of music and have a wide eclectic taste so I am well versed in music and take bits and pieces from all different genres to make my own sound. Songs just come into my head whether it be a melody or a lyric and that’s not something you can fake, I do believe this is what I am meant to do and give back to my listeners the same healing I get from music.

Q. Your upcoming project?

My new single is called Things He Handed Down and it’s about my childhood. This was one of those songs that wrote itself really. In about 15 minutes after hearing the piano part my collaborator Jiro sent me, I had the song written. He lives in Japan so I had the initial demo finished by the time he woke up the next day. It just flowed out of me and came from my inner child. It’s about generational abuse and trauma in families and explores the things that are handed down through generations and questions why this happens. When I listened back to the song the first time, I was so proud and felt really emotional for the child inside me. I have been able to work through a lot of my traumas and I feel this song is giving a voice to my inner child.

This song is one that is from my inner child to any other person that suffered abuse and hopefully makes them feel less alone.

Q. What's the response you expect from your fans about your new single 'Things He Handed Down'?

Everyone that heard the single before it’s release in my team/circle all commented on how relatable it was, even if you’ve not had the exact same experience as me, Father son relationships can be difficult so I hope that my fans can find some healing in the song. The thinking behind releasing it on Fathers Day is that it isn’t always a happy day for everyone and a lot of memories can be triggered so again, I wanted people to not feel so alone on a day that can often come with a lot of emotions good and bad.

Q. Your favorite song?

This is such a hard question because I love so many different songs for different reasons but if I had to choose one, I’d say Because Of You by Kelly Clarkson. Every time I hear this song I cry and it was actually the song that made me get into songwriting as it was my story in a song and when I heard she had written it, it inspired me to start and the rest is history.

Q. Where do you see yourself in three years from now, or where would you like to be?

Oh I don’t like to think too far in the future because things can change in a minute but in three years, I want to be back on stage, still releasing music and writing for others. Life’s a journey and I’ve done a lot of work on myself as a person so I hope to continue on that journey of self love as well.

Q. Can you please tell us about the most successful project you have worked on.

I think success is a hard one to rate as for me, the most successful projects have been the ones where I’ve been proud of what I’ve written and it’s taught me something that I didn’t even know I was feeling. I use music as therapy so the prize for me is working on the song and putting it out and then hearing from my fans that it’s helped them. I don’t chase the numbers or streams, for me music is more than that, it’s about feeling, vulnerability and honesty. I’ve been very lucky to have success from it and my singles regularly chart on iTunes but for me, it means more when I hear from someone that they found healing in one of my songs.

Q. What is your dream project?

My dream project is to have a supergroup put together for a single with me, Kelly Clarkson, P!nk and Adele as I think that would be amazing. I love collaborating with other artists so that’s definitely a dream one for me.

Q. What are some things that you love?

Music will forever be my first love but i enjoy going to see live shows, theatre, my friends, my family, my niece and nephews that I absolutely adore being an uncle to, the gym, walking along the beach and sex and the city haha. It makes me want to move to New York.

Q. How's your fans can get updates about your latest releases? Your website or social media links?

Interview with Ariana Celaeno

Q: How would you describe yourself in one word?

Artistic.

Q: Why do you feel this is the ideal profession for you?

I like to help people. I remember when I used to be just a “listener”. I used to listen to songs when I felt sad, happy, or needed to feel powerful. I realized, that I really want to be listened, instead. Making songs made feel like I am not only being listened to, but also being heard. Understood. And accepted. The best feeling - however, is to actually make people feel understood through my lyrics as well. It makes me feel like that I have the ability to hug them when they need it, to give them strength when they don’t feel like that they have it.

Q: Your upcoming project?

My upcoming project is actually very exciting. It’s called “BED BUGS”, and I am releasing it very soon. It’s a song about overthinking and anxiety. I am diagnosed with Borderline Personality disorder, so that makes me very paranoid when it comes to love/being in love. That’s exactly what the song is about. It’s going to be a new style and direction I am introducing into my music career, which is “EDM”. Very excited for the release!

Q: What's the response you got from people when you started your career and uploaded your first song 'why did you lie'?

I remember some people liked it, and some people don’t. Many people thought I had the potential, and I should keep going. Many times I wanted to quit, but I am so glad that I didn’t. Shoutout to those people who supported me ever since the start.

Q: You also write songs, what's your favorite song?

I don’t think I have a favorite song. It depends on my mood on what I like, and mainly the memories it gives me. I really like Frank Ocean. Especially, because I started listening to it when I met my boyfriend, Teran North, who’s also a musician.

Q: Where do you see yourself in three years from now, or where would you like to be?

I would like to move to America. That’s where music is born, and that makes me feel like I have to go there. So hopefully, I will be there. I would like to reach more people with my music, and go on tours.

Q: Can you please tell us about the most successful project you have worked on.

One of them is actually going viral as we speak, it’s called “run run run”. It was released about 3 weeks ago, and it already reached Spotify’s New music Friday official playlist, and it got over 100k streams. This was actually a project I was hired for, since my full time job is being a singer/songwriter. He wanted me to write a lyrics based on a story he told me about. So, I wrote the lyrics, melody and recorded my vocals. Same happened to a song called “Cut Me Again” I am featured on. That song got into two netflix shows, and it reaches almost 1 million streams on Spotify.

Q: What is your dream project?

My dream project would be a feature with Mac Miller, but unfortunately he’s not around anymore. I’d definitely like to work with someone like Tobi Lou or Frank Ocean.

Q: What are some things that you love?

I like the color purple, I like analogies, I like poetry. I like food, I love my cat Cleo, I love my fans and people who’ve been there with me ever since the start. My gratitude will always stand for those people who helped me form me into the person I am today

Interview with Elijah Daun | Rapper & SongWriter

Q: How would you describe yourself in one word?

I would describe myself using the word “duality”. I’ve always been obsessed with
the idea and it very much reflects in my art. I’m also a Gemini so that’s an added
bonus to it.

Q: Why do you feel this is the ideal profession for you?

Making music us my ideal profession because not only is it healing for me, but
others as well. Music is such a powerful tool in the world and it can have a lot of
influence. I love making it and seeing the effect it has on the world. So why not
do it for a living, ya know?

Q: What's the response you got from your fans about your first rap, In Da Club?

My “In Da Club” rap was never recorded. I wrote it and performed it to anyone
who would listen though and it got a positive reaction every time!

Q: Can you please tell us more about In Da Club?

On my 13th birthday, I felt the lyrical inspiration for the first time. I got on
YouTube, looked up the instrumental to 50 Cent’s “In Da Club”, and wrote my
first original rap from scratch. At this time I didn’t have the resources or the
know-how to record my own music so I just A cappella rapped it to anyone who
would listen. After that I continued to write more and more ‘cover raps’ creating
more lyrics to different song instrumentals. Eventually, I started writing to beats I
or my friends made or ones I found on the internet and things progressed from
there.

Q: What do you do when not working?

When I’m not working I’m usually watching Naruto. Or another anime. I’ve been
on a big anime kick recently. Other than that I hang out with my friends, my
cousins, or my dog. I like to read, cook, smoke, dance, sing, love, and live my
life.

Q: Where do you see yourself in three years from now, or where would you like
to be?

Three years from now I see myself living out in the West, away from Indiana. I’ll
have created a solid fan base and be supporting myself with my music. I’ll be
living with close friends/family and hopefully, we are all inspiring each other
creatively so that we can be producing something amazing to give to the world.

Q: Can you please tell us about the most successful project you have worked on.

The most successful project I have worked on is probably the ones I’m working
on currently. I’m making two albums based off of fan art made by @ihcomics on
Instagram. He made the art of ’if My Hero Academia characters were rappers’
and I was immediately inspired. I love the anime and really connect with the
characters. So I decided to bring the art to life, musically. I'm working on two of
them simultaneously, King Explosion Murder and Young Delaware. One single
from King Explosion Murder, ”Bang Bang” is at almost 13k streams on Apple
Music alone! I recently put out a song from Young Delaware called ”Boo’d Up”
that features the amazing vocals of Morgan Thebes. Be sure to check it out!

Q: What is your dream project?

My dream project is something I'm always working on and is constantly evolving
and changing. I want it to be a multimedia project that starts as a book, becomes
an album, and maybe eventually an HBO series or something like that. It's
actually two books/albums that are pretty well connected. Remember how I was talking about duality before?

Q: What are some things that you love?

I love music first and foremost. My favorite show is Naruto and if you've ever
hung out with me or are acquainted with me you'll know that. I love to create,
whether it's drawing, writing, cooking, etc. I also love love. It's a wonderful thing.

Q: How's your fans can get updates about your latest projects? Your website or
social media links?

You can follow me on Twitter and Instagram @elijahdaun. You can find my music
on any and all streaming platforms! I don't have a website yet but it's currently in
the works!
